Mayflower Theatre | Southampton
The Mayflower Theatre is the biggest theatre on the south coast with just over 2,270 seats in our auditorium. The aim for Mayflower is to bring a diverse range of shows to Southampton, and present a mixture of spectacular touring productions, from musicals - many direct from the West End – to dance, opera, drama, ballet and comedy.
The Mayflower Theatre runs as an independent theatre and operates as a charitable trust - The Mayflower Theatre doesn’t receive direct funding from any external bodies, so all the money generated from tickets sales is invested back into the theatre, to support the community and education strategies and ensure the upkeep of the Grade II listed theatre.

Solent Sky | Southampton | Spitfire Legend
Solent Sky is an aviation museum in Southampton, Hampshire, previously known as Southampton Hall of Aviation.
It depicts the history of aviation in Southampton, the Solent area and Hampshire. There is special focus on the Supermarine aircraft company, based in Southampton, and its most famous products, the Supermarine S.6 seaplane and the Supermarine Spitfire, designed by R. J. Mitchell. There is also coverage of the Schneider Trophy seaplane races, twice held at Calshot Spit, and the flying boat services which operated from the Solent. Deerleap Lane, Southampton, UK
New Forest National Park/Wildlife Park/Lyndhurst
The New Forest is an area of southern England that includes New Forest National Park. The region is known for its heathland, forest trails and native ponies. In the southeast, the National Motor Museum houses F1 race cars and vintage motorbikes. Exbury Gardens & Steam Railway is home to exotic trees, plus colourful rhododendrons and azaleas. Owls, otters and wolves are among the residents of New Forest Wildlife Park
The New Forest contains a rare mixture of habitats. The most notable habitat is the open heathland, large expanses of sandy land covered in heather and low scrub. Within many of the heathlands can be found small areas of wetland, or bogs.
Woodland areas make up the remainder of the New Forest, with a mixture of deciduous and coniferous forests. The oldest trees are the oak trees – some are thought to be between 300 and 400 years old!
The original native New Forest woodlands are referred to as Ancient and Ornamental Woodlands and the mixture of these, the heathlands and the bogs is collectively known as the Open Forest.
The main tourist centre is Lyndhurst which lies almost in the geographical centre of the National Park.
